Grilled Herb Carrots
A perfect addition to your summer grilling!
Ingredients
- 8 carrots, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup Bella Grace White Dressing Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Bella Grace White Wine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp diced red onion
- 1 tbsp black peppercorn
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except carrots) in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil for 1 min. Turn to low and cook until reduced by half. Place carrots in
a large bag and add marinade, set at room temp for 20 minutes. Place carrots on the medium-high grill, turn down to
medium and cook for 4 mins. Flip carrots and brush on the marinade. Repeat this step every few minutes until carrots are tender. Sprinkle salt
over carrots before serving. These carrots go fantastic with a grilled steak, mixed green salad, and a glass of red wine!
