Fourk Kitchen, Folsom CA | Bella Grace Vineyards Wine Pairings
About This Collaboration
Bella Grace Vineyards and Fourk Kitchen do not host wine dinners often. When we do, we make them count.
Fourk Kitchen has built a reputation in Folsom for delivering inventive, thoughtfully executed food in a warm, welcoming dining room. Chef understands seasonality, flavor balance, and how to make every course feel like it belongs at the table. Bella Grace Vineyards produces estate-grown wines in Amador County’s Shenandoah Valley that consistently earn awards for their depth, balance, and food-friendly character. Put the two together and you get an evening that showcases what both are known for — at their best.
This is not a tasting room pour with a side of cheese. This is a full wine dinner. Four courses designed specifically to highlight the wines. Four wines chosen to elevate the food. The conversation between the two is what makes the evening memorable.
The Wines
Every wine on this menu comes from Bella Grace Vineyards estate in Plymouth, California. These are not wines we chose because they happened to pair well. These are wines we built the menu around because they represent what Bella Grace does best.
Bella Grace Rosé
Bright, crisp, and impossibly food-friendly. Stone fruit, citrus peel, and a clean mineral finish that cuts through richness without overwhelming delicate flavors. The kind of Rosé that makes you rethink what Rosé can do at the table. Paired with the Apricot & Beet Salad because the acidity balances the sweetness of the beets and the creaminess of the goat cheese in a way that makes both taste better.
Bella Grace Viognier
Lush, aromatic, with notes of white peach, honeysuckle, and a hint of spice. Viognier has enough body to stand up to bold flavors without losing its elegance. This one was made for the Coconut Shrimp Ceviche — the stone fruit echoes the tropical notes in the dish while the floral character lifts the citrus and cilantro.
Bella Grace 1646 Red Blend
Named after the elevation of our Plymouth estate vineyard. Dark fruit, firm tannins, hints of oak and spice, and a long finish that lingers exactly as long as you want it to. This is a wine built for steak. The Prime Filet Mignon pairing is not subtle — it is exactly what a red wine and a great cut of beef should do together.
Bella Grace Zinfandel
Jammy, fruit-forward, with enough structure to keep it from being one-dimensional. Zinfandel is Amador County’s signature grape for a reason — the warm days and cool nights in the Sierra Foothills produce Zinfandel with balance and depth that you do not find anywhere else. Paired with the Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake because the berry notes in the wine tie the strawberries and chocolate together in a way that feels like the dessert was designed for the wine.
Why Wine Dinners at Fourk Kitchen Are Worth the Drive
Folsom has become one of the most interesting dining destinations in the Sacramento region, and Fourk Kitchen is a big reason why. Chef-driven food that does not take itself too seriously. A dining room that feels welcoming rather than formal. And a commitment to seasonality and local sourcing that shows up on every plate.
Wine dinners at Fourk Kitchen are different than the typical winery collaboration because the restaurant puts as much thought into the food as the winery puts into the pairings. The result is a night where both sides are showing up at their best — and the guest gets an experience that neither could deliver on their own.
If you have been to Fourk Kitchen before, you know the quality of the food. If you have tasted Bella Grace wines, you know what the estate is capable of producing. This dinner is both of those things in one evening, designed to work together from the first course to the last.

About Bella Grace Vineyards
Bella Grace Vineyards is a family-owned winery and estate vineyard in Amador County’s Shenandoah Valley. Brothers Charlie and Michael Havill founded the winery with a belief that regenerative farming and thoughtful winemaking produce wines worth celebrating. The estate produces Zinfandel, Barbera, Syrah, Viognier, Rosé, and sparkling wine alongside artisan olive oils and vinegars.
Bella Grace wines consistently earn recognition at major competitions — Best of California, Double Gold at the Orange County Fair, Gold medals across multiple varietals. But the real measure of the wines is how they perform at the table. This dinner at Fourk Kitchen is built around that idea.
