Charlie's Olive Harvest Update: January 5th!

We harvested this year’s crop of olives at the end of November.

We pick the olives by hand, then deliver them to the olive press, where they are washed and pressed.

Each olive produces one to two drops of delicious oil, ready for sale in a few months. The Olive Oil pressed from our Estate olive trees is the Organic Estate Tuscan Olive Oil.

Don’t forget Olive Oil and Vinegar tasting is complimentary at both locations where you can try the Estate Olive Oil, and numerous other California Extra Virgin Olive Oils and imported Italian vinegars.
