Suggested recipe: Serves 4-6 people. Peel 1.5 lbs. (700 g.) potatoes and cut into large chunks about 2 inches in size. Cook potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. Drain the potatoes and mash. Add 2/3 cup (166 ml) milk and 3 tablespoons (30 g) of Truffle Mashed Potato Seasoning – for a great buttery taste we suggest adding 1.5 tbsp. (20 g) butter. Mash until potatoes are fluffy. For more intense flavour simply add more seasoning.
