Tomato Basil Summer Salad
- 2 cups heirloom cherry tomato mix
- 1 tbsp Bella Grace Basil Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 handful smal basil leaves
- 1 tsp sea salt
Rinse heirloom tomatoes under warm water and set on a paper towel to dry. Then slice tomatoes in half and set in a serving bowl. Add Bella Grace Basil Olive Oil, lemon juice, and salt. Stir to coat. Add basil leaves directly before serving.
