Sweet and Spicy Honey Balsamic Chicken Bites
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/4 cup Bella Grace Honey Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsps chili sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- optional: green onion and sesame seeds
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and set aside. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine Bella Grace Honey Balsamic Vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and chili sauce. Whisk until blended. Set aside about 1/4 of the honey mixture in a small bowl. Add chicken pieces to the honey mixture and stir to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Spread chicken bites out on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. While chicken is baking, take the 1/4 honey mixture that was set aside and cook in a sauce pan on a low heat until sauce begins to thicken. Remove the chicken at 15 minutes, coat with reduced sauce and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
Plate the chicken and top with sesame seeds and/or green onions for garnish.
