Sweet and Spicy Honey Balsamic Chicken Bites

Bella Grace Honey Balsamic Vinegar combined with the sweetness of honey, the fragrance of fresh ginger, and the subtle heat of chili sauce results in a big burst of flavor from a small bite.
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/4 cup Bella Grace Honey Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsps chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • optional: green onion and sesame seeds

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and set aside. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine Bella Grace Honey Balsamic Vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and chili sauce. Whisk until blended. Set aside about 1/4 of the honey mixture in a small bowl. Add chicken pieces to the honey mixture and stir to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 

Preheat the oven to 400F. Spread chicken bites out on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. While chicken is baking, take the 1/4 honey mixture that was set aside and cook in a sauce pan on a low heat until sauce begins to thicken. Remove the chicken at 15 minutes, coat with reduced sauce and return to the oven for 5 minutes. 

Plate the chicken and top with sesame seeds and/or green onions for garnish.
