  • 1 french baguette
  • 1 cup sliced stawberries
  • 1 cup sliced blackberries
  • 8 ozs creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1/2 Bella Grace Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tbsps granulated sugar

Slice berries and add to a bowl with one tablespoon of sugar. Mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate. In a separate bowl, mix creme fraiche, honey, and vanilla. Then cover and refrigerate.To prepare glaze, pour Bella Grace Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar and two tablespoons of sugar into a medium saucepan. Simmer on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring consistently until sauce is syrupy and easily coats the back of a spoon. Do not allow the glaze to boil. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the glaze to a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate.

Assembly will take about 10-15 minutes and should occur directly before serving. Gather fruit, creme fraiche, and raspberry glaze bowls. Slice baguette into 24 pieces. Lay each piece flat on a cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes at 350F until lightly toasted. Move baguette slices from cookie sheet to a serving plate. Top each baguette slice with a dollop of creme fraiche, strawberries, blackberries, and a drizzle of raspberry balsamic glaze. Add a piece of mint for garnish if  desired.
