Sue's Lemon-Pomegranate Chicken Thighs
- 8 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/2 cup BellaGrace Lemon Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup BellaGrace Pomegranate Balsamic
- 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Whisk the lemon olive oil, pomeganate balsamic and seasoning salt together in a small bowl. Set Aside.
In a frying pan, heat a small amount of unflavored olive oil up and brown the chicken thighs on each side. Remove the chicken thighs and place them in baking dish. Pour the lemon olive oil and pomegrante balsamic mixture over the top of the chicken. Flip the chicken around a few times to make sure it is fully coated. Bake for 25 minutes.
There should be plenty of delicious sauce left over to spoon on top when serving!
