Pumpkin Seeds 2 Ways
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Bella Grace Jalapeno Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp Bella Grace Tuscan Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Jalapeno Lime Pumpkin Seeds
Preheat the oven to 350F. In a small mixing bowl add 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, Bella Grace Jalapeño Olive Oil, lime juice, and salt. Toss with a fork the seeds are coated. Spread out on a non stick baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and flip the seeds over. Bake for 3 additional minutes. Transfer seeds immediately to a small bowl and allow to cool.
Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Seeds
In a separate small mixing bowl add 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, Bella Grace Tuscan Olive Oil, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss with a fork the seeds are coated. Spread out on a non stick baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and flip the seeds over. Bake for 3 additional minutes.
