Grilled corn on the cob with Bella Grace garlic olive oil and sea salt
- 4 Cobs of corn, shucked
- 3 tbsps Bella Grace Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 6 springs basil for garnish
Boil corn in water for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, combine olive oil, salt and pepper in a saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently for 7 minutes. Plate the corn and drizzle warm olive oil mixture and fresh basil. Sprinkle with salt.
