Grilled corn on the cob with Bella Grace garlic olive oil and sea salt

It is summer time, and summer time brings delicious CORN on the COB! This summer classic is made better with Bella Grace Garlic Olive Oil!
Ingredients
  • 4 Cobs of corn, shucked
  • 3 tbsps Bella Grace Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 6 springs basil for garnish
Directions

Boil corn in water for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, combine olive oil, salt and pepper in a saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently for 7 minutes. Plate the corn and drizzle warm olive oil mixture and fresh basil. Sprinkle with salt.
