This Cabernet is dark garnet in the glass. It has good weight and body. The nose has hints of smoke and meat as well as dark fruits.

This blend of Mourvedre, Grenache, and Syrah is a lovely burnished garnet. The aromas of black cherries, crème brulee and a hint of vanilla subtly develop as the wine opens.
