Baby spinach sauteed with sliced red onions, walnuts, mushrooms, and red wine vinaigrette
served in rim made of cucumber topped with gorgonzola cheese.

Asparagus wrapped in cured salmon with caper-berries, creme fraiche, and balsamic reduction.
