Wine Shipments
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to receive a return authorization.  Pack and seal your return item along with the sales receipt.  The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale.  Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.  Please allow 1-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card bill. 

Returns and Cancellations for Wine Club Shipments
Wine club shipments processed and shipped cannot be returned. Any wine club membership cancellations need to happen 30 days prior to a shipment release in order for your account not to be charged.
