Each pairing highlights how sweetness, citrus, chocolate, and caramel flavors interact with the character of the wines.\nLemonades & Grenache BlancThe bright lemon zest and buttery shortbread flavors of Lemonades pair beautifully with the lively acidity and citrus notes of our Grenache Blanc. The wine’s fresh character lifts the lemon flavors while the cookie softens the acidity, creating a crisp and refreshing pairing. If you enjoy bright, refreshing wines, Grenache Blanc is a perfect bottle to take home for spring.\nCaramel Delights with Bella Rosé & PrimitivoCaramel Delights bring layers of toasted coconut, caramel, and chocolate that work wonderfully with two Bella Grace favorites. The Bella Rosé highlights the caramel sweetness with bright fruit, while the Estate Primitivo adds deeper dark fruit notes that complement the chocolate and toasted coconut. Both wines make great companions for casual gatherings and desserts.\nAdventurefuls with Montagnaro & VermentinoThese brownie inspired cookies feature rich chocolate and caramel notes with a touch of sea salt. The Montagnaro blend enhances the chocolate richness with bold berry flavors, while the Vermentino offers a surprising contrast, its freshness and minerality balancing the cookie’s decadent sweetness.Montagnaro is a guest favorite and a great wine to share with friends.\nTrefoils with Combination & Graces BlancThe classic buttery shortbread cookie is simple and elegant, allowing the wines to shine. Trefoils soften the tannins of the Combination red blend while also pairing beautifully with the crisp fruit and bright acidity of Graces Blanc. These versatile wines pair beautifully with a wide range of foods.\nThin Mints with BarberaChocolate and mint create a bold and refreshing pairing with Barbera.
